How does it work?
Upload a photo, choose a style, and we create a painted portrait from it in about a minute. You see a watermarked preview for free, with no account. If you like it, choose a digital file or a print.
Are the portraits hand-painted?
No. Every portrait is AI-created from your photo, reviewed by our team, and printed by professional print partners. We never describe our work as hand-painted.
How many free previews do I get?
Three in any 24 hours as a guest, five more if you leave your email, and ten more again if you create an account.
Which currencies do you charge in?
US dollars by default and pounds sterling for visitors in the United Kingdom. Customers in Canada and Australia are charged in US dollars.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all prints, to the US and the UK. Digital files have nothing to ship.
Can I change my portrait after I pay?
Yes. Print orders are held for 12 hours before they go to the printer, so there is time to ask for a change. Digital orders can be revised too — just send us a note describing what is wrong.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately, used only to create your portrait, and deleted automatically after 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
If a print arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free. Digital files, once downloaded, are not refundable — but we will remake a portrait you are unhappy with. See our returns policy for the detail.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, with their whole face visible and in focus. Daylight near a window beats flash. Older and lower-resolution photos often still work — try it and see the preview before you pay.
Can I change the style after I see the preview?
Yes. Switch styles and generate again as many times as your free previews allow. Nothing is charged until you choose a product and check out.
How long does delivery take?
Digital downloads are ready within minutes of payment. Prints are made to order by a print partner in the US or UK and typically arrive in 5–9 business days, with free delivery.
What if the portrait does not look like my pet?
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering a print and we will pause production, remake the portrait and send you the new version before anything is printed. Digital orders can be revised too.
My photo is old and blurry. Can you still use it?
Usually, yes. Soft, grainy and slightly out-of-focus photos often work, because a painted portrait does not need the detail a sharp print would. Upload it and look at the free preview — there is no cost and no account needed.
Can you add their name and dates?
Yes. Add the exact wording in the notes when you order, and we will set it discreetly beneath the portrait. Tell us the spelling and date format you want.
