Digital downloads

There is nothing to ship. After payment your file is upscaled to print resolution — usually within a few minutes — and we email you a download link. You can also download it at any time from your account.

Prints

Every print is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, which is why there is a short production window before anything moves.

• 12-hour hold. We do not send anything to the printer for 12 hours after you order, so there is time to ask for a change to the artwork.
• Production: 2–4 business days after that hold ends.
• Transit: 2–5 business days within the US or the UK.
• Typical total: 5–9 business days from order to doorstep.

Cost

Delivery is free on every print, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order.

Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and Australia. US and UK orders are printed locally, so there is no international shipping and no customs step. Canada and Australia are charged in US dollars and may be subject to local import charges, which are not included in our price.

Packaging

• Paper prints up to 45 × 60 cm: flat, in a rigid board mailer.
• Paper prints at 60 × 80 cm: rolled in a tube.
• Canvas and framed canvas: corner-protected and boxed.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link the moment the print works hands the parcel over. If that email has not arrived within seven business days of ordering, tell us and we will chase it.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit, printed wrong, or never arrived: send us a photo and we will reprint and resend at no cost. See the returns policy for the detail.
