If your portrait is not right

Tell us what is wrong — "her nose is too long", "the coat should be darker", "that is not the right ear" are all useful. Include your order number if you have one.

If you ordered a print, do this within 12 hours and we will pause production and remake the artwork before anything is printed.

If a parcel is late or damaged

Send a photo of the damage and your order number. We reprint and resend at no cost — you do not need to return anything.

If you want your data deleted

Say so and we will delete your account, your uploads and your portraits. Uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days regardless.

Press, partnerships and everything else

Same address. It is a small operation — the about page explains exactly how a portrait is made and by whom.
